Dolores May (Marcus) Millard

Dolores M. Petrowski-Millard, 89, formally of Dunedin, FL, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2016 at Hospice of Union County, Monroe, NC.

Dolores was born in McKeesport, PA on February 28, 1927. She attended high school at Washington Irving High School, NYC, NY. She retired from JC Penney Custom Decorating, Clearwater, FL, where she worked as a Studio Coordinator. She enjoyed gardening, movies, reading, traveling to Europe and spending time with her friends and family.

Dolores was preceded in death by her parents, Walter & Cecilia Marcus (Golembiewski) her husband, Joseph C. Petrowski, and second husband, James P. Millard. Dolores is survived by her brother, Walter Markus (Vicki), daughters, Diana Surbeck, Port Richey, FL, and Paulette Prater (Bert), Waxhaw, NC, Grandchildren, Jennifer McCloud (Russell), Sherry Segall, Dustin Prater (Beth), Karmel Prater, Krystal Johnson (Bill), Angela Prater, Great Grandchildren, Russell Mc Cloud Jr. (Katie), Jessica McCloud, Ami Gerodimos, Tommy Gerodimos, , Alex McCloud, Samantha Johnson, Ashley Villareal (Ryan), Camerin Foster, Caleb Foster, Kendall Prater & Cash Prater.

A Memorial service will be at a future date, at Lakeview Community Church, in Tarpon Springs, FL
