Dr. Littleton was a good customer of mine for many years at my auto mechanic shop. Always pleasant to be around. Missed her when she left and moved to N.C.
She was and always will be remembered by all the people she touched in Orlando. Thoughts and prayers for her family and friends. Rest in Peace Dr. Littleton.

Dr. Littleton was the pediatrician for my sister and I in Statesville NC. I remember her smile and how much our mother trusted her as our doctor. Reading her life accomplishments speaks highly of her career path and her personal life. Condolences to her family and friends.

Dr. Littleton was mine an my brother's pediatrician at the Naval Training Center in Orlando. She was warm, comforting and unlike so many doctor's, she was not dismissive of us.
She reached out to our family when my brother was killed by a drunk driver. A gesture we have never forgotten.
To this day, my mother and I speak of her and how lucky we were to have her as our pediatrician. She navigated our family through a number of serious illnesses and diseases, with confidence, reassurance and grace.
I am so sorry for your loss. Please know that Dr. Littleton was a rare and special gift and was never forgotten by her military "children".

I worked in the Surgical Clinic the Naval Regional Medical Center, and our clinic was attached to the Pediatric Clinic. I remember Dr. Littleton's smiles and caring way with the children. She always had time for a chat. I am sorry for your loss.
