Wayne Maxwell Shannon, 62 of Charlotte passed away on .November 6, 2015. Wayne is survived by his sister Lois Crowson of Statesviile, NC, Brother Wade Shannon of Charlotte, nephew Sean Crowson of Statesville NC, nieces Emily Hager of Harmony NC, Jade James of Charlotte, great nieces Danielle, Samantha and Elizabeth Hager of Harmony NC. Wayne is preceded in death by his parents Alvin Milton and Ella Culbreth Shannon of Charlotte and Brother Warren Michael Shannon of Fayetteville NC.
Gathering of friends and family will be at Carolina Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Monroe Rd. Charlotte NC on Saturday November 14, 2015 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials to be made to the American Cancer Society.
