Brian Smith Obituary

With deep sadness we share that Brian James Smith, age 59, passed away on July 11th, 2019, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Brian is survived by his wife Kristina, daughters Jodie Mason, Mariah Brewer, Maggie Husek and Virginia Smith, as well as 2 sons, Shawn Sicard and Eli Brewer. Brian is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Sam Brewer, Alexandrea Husek, Brayden Smith and Harper Texeira. Brian was predeceased by his parents, Dorothy and Fredrick Smith.

There will be a Memorial service held at the family’s home in Charlotte NC beginning at 4pm, July 20th, where there will be a dedication of the family garden in Brian’s memory. Attendees are encouraged to visit with the family and enjoy light refreshments, followed by an evening of sharing Brian’s favorite stories, music, and beverages.
