George Louis Tullock, Jr.

George Louis Tullock, Jr. 72 of Matthews, died Thursday, October 24, 2019 at White Oak Manor-Charlotte.  Born in Jersey City, New Jersey, George was the son of the late George and Nancy Robbins Tullock.  He earned his BA in Accounting from St. Peter's College in Jersey City.  Mr. Tullock served with the US Marine Corp during the Vietnam War.  Prior to retiring in 2002, Mr. Tullock served as the Comptroller for Hudson Technologies in Pearl River, New York.  George and his wife Lindy moved to Charlotte in 2003. The Tullocks were members of St. Matthew Catholic Church  George was a member of numerous veteran organizations,  he served as the state treasure for the DAV, a member of the VFW Post 9488 and  served as the Veteran's Service Officer for Mecklenburg County.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 8th, 2019 from 10-11 AM in the Day Chapel of St. Matthew Catholic Church, 8015 Ballantyne Commons Pkwy, Charlotte,.  A Memorial Mass will follow at 11:00 AM
