John Robinson Obituary

John Lewis Robinson, 82 of Charlotte, passed away on October 21, 2018 at the Novant Presbyterian Hospital. Born on January 3, 1936 in Lancaster Co., south Carolina, John was the son of the late Andrew and Mamie (Oliver) Robinson. Mr. Robinson graduated from the Morganton School for the Deaf and had worked as a cabinet maker. Besides his parents, John was preceded in death by his brother Joe.

Survivors include his wife Doris (Bennett) Robinson, sisters Shirley Fisher and Mary Ingram and brother Jerry Robinson and wife Evelyn.

Services will be held on Saturday, November 3rd at 11AM at First Baptist Church, 301 S. Davidson St., Charlotte.
