Kermit Ward Brown

Kermit Ward Brown, 73, of Charlotte NC passed away at his home on January 17, 2019.
He was born August 15, 1945 in Port Allegany, PA, a son of Marilyn Brown and the late John Brown.
Kerm graduated from Smethport High School class of 1963. He then attended Grove City University graduating with a degree in Business.
He worked at Hamlin Bank in Smethport, PA before moving to Charlotte, NC where he worked in banking until his retirement.
Kerm enjoyed gardening, cook outs and spending time with his friends and family.
Kermit is survived by his mother Marilyn Brown, of Smethport, his partner of 30 years James King of Charlotte and several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father John Brown and Grandparents Ward and Cleva Bickford and Warren Sr and Lottie Brown.
Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Smethport, PA. .  Carolina Funeral Service & Cremation (www.carolinafuneral.com) is entrusted with the arrangements
