Wade Douglas Bender, Jr.

Wade Douglas Bender, Jr. 50 of Charlotte passed away Monday, August 21, 2017 at Carolinas Medical Center-Main.  Born in Ocean Port, New Jersey, Wade, was the first born to Wade and Agnes Dewar Bender.  Wade was a good boy, never in any trouble.  He was active in Scouting and Karate.  He love to read and collected comic and other books of interest.  He loved to build and create things from nothing, he also had an artistic skill and loved to draw.  He enjoyed spending time with his dad hunting.   The Bender family moved to Charlotte in 2010.   Mr. Bender had been employed  with US Security Assoc. for five years.

Wade met Mercyel, they married on May 15, 2003.  Together they raised two beautiful children, Crystal age 12, and Brandon age 10.  "Wade, you will be dearly missed. You are an angel in Heaven with our Lord now."  Love you  Mom and Dad.   To my husband, "You are my best friend and I love you very much, You were a very responsible person.  As a family, we loved to go places and have family bonding.  You will always be with me in my thoughts and in my heart.  I love you and will miss you dearly."  Your loving wife Merycel

He is survived by his wife Merycel;  children Crystal and Brandon all of Charlotte; parents  Wade and Agnes Bender; sister Judith Ann Little; niece Paige Katherine Little; nephews  Anthony Michael Siano and Vincent Mark Siano
 The family will receive friends on Sunday, Aug 27th from 2-5 PM at Carolina Funeral Service & Cremation Center, 5505 Monroe Rd, Charlotte.  A prayer service will be held at 3 PM.  Donations may be made to the Deborah Heart and Lung  at .deborahfoundation.org/donate
