Jane (Webb) Cook

Jane Webb Cook, 82, of Rockwell, NC, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on April 19, 2025, at Atrium Health Cabarrus. Born on December 6, 1942, in Logan, West Virginia, Jane lived a life full of love, strength, and unwavering devotion to her family.

Jane was a faithful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose love and warmth touched the lives of all who knew her. She cherished spending time with her family, especially her beloved great-grandchildren. Whether she was shopping, watching true crime shows, or admiring the birds outside her window, Jane found joy in life's simple pleasures. She was known for her sass, kindness, wisdom, and steadfast love for her family. She was the heart and soul of her family—the glue that held everyone together. She always put her family first and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years, Raymond Lee Cook Sr., her parents Steven & Stella Webb, and her 15 siblings. She is survived by her children, Paula (Steve) Wyatt and Raymond Jr. (Kim) Cook; her grandchildren, Alyssa (Alan) Boring, Stephanie Wyatt, Megan (Chris) Knowles, and Joshua Cook; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Riley, Emma, Wyatt, Lauren, Isabelle, Parker, and Zoe.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, April 26, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Carolina Funeral Service & Cremation Center, 5505 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC. A funeral service will follow immediately, with burial to proceed at Sunset Memory Gardens. 

Jane’s legacy of love, resilience, and devotion will live on in the hearts of her family and all who had the blessing of knowing her.
