Joyce Griffith Obituary

Mrs. Joyce M. Griffith, 91 of Matthews, N.C. Passed away the evening of Saturday, June 28, 2025. Born in Wilmington, NC January 11, 1934 and moved to Charlotte as a young girl. She is preceded in death by her husband Fred A. Griffith, sister Shirley M. Nilles and brother David M. Motte, Jr.

Surviving are two daughters, Freida Griffith (Pembroke Pines, FL and Kammy Nuyen (Jami) of Matthews, NC. Grandchild Anne (Raymond), Jack (Michelle) and Fred (Ashley).

Great grand childen Donalt, Daisy and Aurthur, step great grand childen Jessica and Nicholas and sister Maxcyne (Ray) of Utah.

She wished to be cremated. At her request a memorial celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
