Kevin Wayne Richardson

Kevin was born on April, 3, 1959 in Portsmouth, VA to Wayne and Barbara (Ritter) Richardson.

Kevin and his younger brother Kent grew up between Suffolk and Raleigh with a love for racing, water sports, and skateboarding. He was a machinist by trade and an avid cycler. When not riding bikes, he could be found driving his little red miata that he treasured.  Kevin's passion for cooking delicious and spicy food could always bring friends and family together. Kevin was such a fun, genuine soul and had a wonderful sense of humor.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Barbara and his brother Kent. He is survived by his father, Wayne and his wife, Margo and his niece, Ashley Deans, her husband Joe and their sons, Colby and Nolan.

A gathering of family and friends will take place Thursday, October 22nd from 5-7 PM at Crown Pointe Crab House corner of Independence Blvd. and Sardis Road.
