Lynn Green

Mrs. Lynn S. Green, 72, of Charlotte, North Carolina, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021, with family by her side. She was born on January 25, 1948 in Six and Twenty, Anderson, South Carolina to the late Doyle and Addie Mae Spearman. She was preceded in death by her husband Daren Lee Green, Jr. and brother Charles Davis.

She is survived by her son Donald C. Boling, and his wife Michelle, son David B. Boling; stepdaughters Michelle Green and Yvonne Green; grandsons Alex Snyder, Christopher Barkley, Brendon King, Jordan Snyder, and Harrison Boling, and granddaughter Kaitlyn Wilund. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.

Prior to moving to Charlotte in 1968, Lynn lived in the Greenville-Spartanburg area. She loved traveling, animals big and small, and spending time with her family and friends. She was member of the Big Springs Methodist Church. She will be remembered as a caring wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

Due to the current coronavirus pandemic Lynn has requested to delay any memorial service until it is safe. The family will hold a celebration of life service when that time comes.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or the Humane Society of Charlotte.
