Mrs. Paulette Burroughs Brown, 79, of Charlotte died March 18th, 2025 at her home. Paulette was born on October 9th, 1945 in Charlotte and was the daughter of the late Helyn Linker Burroughs and the late Clyde B. Burroughs.
Paulette is survived by her daughter Dana Brown Cannady and husband Mark Cannady of Franklinton NC, granddaughter Kayla Cannady Ellis and husband, Brian Ellis, and grandson Macon Randolph Cannady. She had two great grandchildren, Colt and Lilly Ellis. And identical twin great grandsons are due very soon. She is also survived by brother, Scott Burroughs and nephew, Alan Burroughs and wife Nora.
Paulette was preceded in death by her husband, Philip Randolph Brown and their son, Phillip Wilder Brown.
Nana will be truly missed by her family. We were all blessed by her presence in our lives.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on June 28th at 11:00 at Central Steele Creek Presbyterian Church located at 9401 S Tryon Street Charlotte NC 28273.
