Richard Cordell Windsor

Richard Cordell Windsor was born in Pasco, Washington to the late Ralph Edwin Windsor and Katherine Anderson Windsor.  He was raised in Astoria, Oregon and graduated from Astoria High School.  Richard later graduated from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington and had proudly served with the US Marine Corp. during the Korean.

Besides his parents, Mr. Windsor was preceded in death by his oldest daughter Deborah Anne, and stepbrother Douglas.

He is survived by his wife of 63 1/2 years Lucienne (Lucy) Windsor; children Jeff Windsor and wife Julie, Mary Kay Chapman and husband Jeff, John Patrick Windsor and wife Sylvia; sister Ann and 6 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.

A Memorial Mass will offered on Friday, December 13th at 11AM in the Chapel of St. Gabriel Catholic Church.  A reception for family and friends will take place following the committal prayers at the church columbarium.

The family thanks the wonderful, caring members of "Hospice of Union County and Visting Angels" for their dedication to Richard's comfort.
