Richard "Dick" Duane Kingsley

Richard (Dick) Kingsley, 88, passed away at home on Dec 10, 2021 in Charlotte NC.

Dick was born in Norwood NY to the late Albert and Nina Kingsley.  He was also preceded in death by his sister Mary Lou Stark and brother David Kingsley.

He served in the USAF for 22 years and then retired from the Charlotte Observer after 20 years.

Dick will always be remembered for his kind heart, love of dancing and love of his family and friends.

Dick is survived by his son Kent (Pam) Kingsley and daughter Jacki (Bill) Tanner and grandchildren Loral, Chris, Kelli and Ashley and his great grandchildren Koa and Avery. In addition to his children and grandchildren he is also survived by his loving partner of 16 years Margaret Plyler who brought him immense joy, love and companionship.
