Mrs. RoxAnne Marie Jackson Whitelow, 67, of Charlotte passed away at home on December 3, 2021. Born in New York City on October 16, 1954 she was the daughter of the late Walter Augustus Jackson and Ramola Rose (Carter) Jackson.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 11th from 11AM-12Noon. A service to celebrate her life will begin at Noon
