Sue Lyman Obituary

Sue Russell Lyman, 85, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2020.

Sue was born in Albemarle, NC and was the daughter of Sterling Russell and Mabel Webb. She worked at J P Stevens for 25+ years. After J P Stevens closed their doors, she worked as a receptionist at Mark III Financial and retired in 2015 after 30 years of service. She also worked part time at Quail Hollow Country Club for many years.

She loved going to the beach during SOS, shopping (“running around”), being with her friends, and spending time with her family. Her twin Great Granddaughters were her pride and joy.

She is proceeded in death by her father and mother, her son, David Lyman, and her sister, Linda Stegall.

She is survived by her son, Barry Lyman, her Granddaughters, Chelsea Andujar (Louis), Taylor Lyman, and Morgan Lyman, and her Great Grandchildren, McKenzie and Brooklyn Andujar, and Jacob Funderburke.

No funeral arrangements have been made at this time.
