Terry Lynn Crooks

Terry Lynn Crooks of Matthews, North Carolina, formerly of Falconer, New York, passed away unexpectedly on June 27, 2019. 
He was born on August 31, 1943 in Hornell , New York, to the late Leon and Virginia Crooks, and has resided in the Charlottet area since 1996.
Terry is survived by his loving wife, June Crooks; sister, Lona McIntosh of Almond NY; daughters Terri (Tom) Hodges of Philadelphia PA and Tammy (Marley) Stegall of York SC; grandchildren Logan (Brittany) Fontana, JT Stegall, Jacob Stegall, MacKenzie Stegall, Benjamin Kissinger, sisters in law Linda Schwone and Shirley Corson, brother in law Dennis Schwone and wife Karen,  and many nieces and nephews.  
The family would like to extend thanks to very special friends and neighbors Mike and Shari Kissinger, David and Kate Large and Eric and Jennifer Rickard for all their love, care and support.
Visitation will be held Saturday, July 6th, from 2-3 PM at Carolina Funeral Services & Cremation Center, 5505 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC., 28212 with service immediately following.  Online condolences may be made at: www.carolinafuneral.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Diabetes Foundation.
