I was so saddened to hear of Dr Adams passing. Your family was always very kind to include me in gatherings, and Dr Adams was always there with a joke, or prank. Many great memories of you all.

I worked with/for Dr. Adams at the Carolina Hand Center for a few years. He was great with his patients and had a wonderful sense of humor! I'm sure many folks will miss him. May God comfort his family.

Jerry was such a special person, friend, and an excellent surgeon. We all loved him at Mercy; he was always the "go to" doc by staff & physicians. He was on the interview team as the Chief of Staff when I was hired in 1988. When he saw it was me, he said, "Oh Hell, you're hired" and we spent the interview time talking about old times at CMC when he was a surgical resident and I was a private surgical assistant for a group of physicians. He and my husband always talked NASCAR at social gatherings.
My sincere condolences to the family and all of his many friends. He will truly be missed. He was definitely "one of the good guys" that everyone admired, loved to work with, and trusted.

Jerry has been a good friend for many years. We have shared so many good times on trips & at his home. He will be truly missed & leaves a lot of friends to mourn his passing. We will not mourn for long as we know we will see him again some day. Rest in Peace sweet man.

Jerry will be missed by many. I first met Jerry when my oldest daughter needed surgery. My maiden name is Adams and when I met him we discovered that we were not related but had the Adams name in common. To his family I wish you peace knowing that he isn't suffering any longer.
