DAD,
I can't put what into words how much i miss you.
Every. single. day.
I am numb.
I don't deal with you being in Heaven
If look forward to seeing you there with Jesus.
However, if i think of you there i can't breathe because you're there.
It's too much.
I deal with it secretly.
You are still my best friend.
My me.
I look at Randall now and i think of You...you.
I will see you again.
There's no place that far.
We will meet....in Heaven...you'll greet me...I'll love on you, hug you, kiss you, then say "take me to Jesus, let me bow down." That'll make Heaven, Heaven to me." - your shel

Debbie, I am truly sorry about Richard. My heart goes out to you as I lost my husband when he was 57. No one knows the pain until they have suffered such a loss, and I will be thinking of you and asking God to comfort you as only He can. I certainly enjoyed the slide show, and it was good to learn so many nice things about Richard that I never had the opportunity to learn at work. May God surround you with His love.

Debbie, I was so sad to hear of Richard's passing. I lived down the street from his family growing up. We reconnected a few years ago when we were planning our Disney trip. I enjoyed our conversations on the phone as he gave his tips for our trips. We would end up talking a an hour catching up on the last 30 years in our lives. He was so interesting to talk to. He had interests in so many things that he would talk about. And we always would tell me what you and your children were up to. But we always had some God talk. I knew he had a strong relationship with the Lord. So I know he is with Jesus now and with his parents. I did have the pleasure of seeing him at McAlisters last year as he was picking up an order. But my prayers go to you and your family. May you feel God's comfort in the days ahead.

We were both so saddened to hear of Richard's passing. We enjoyed the days of being in Sunday School together at HGBC. You were both always so sweet and fun. Debbie, we know that it's only faith in God that gets us through these hard times. How wonderful to know that Richard put his trust in Jesus so we know we'll see him in Heaven. My husband and I only met Richard once at Adam and Rachel's engagement party, but I could clearly see the great love between him and his children as he beamed at each of them. I thought, my future grand-children will have an amazing set of grandparents in Debbie and Richard. I am sad at his parting so soon, but happy that I met him and know what an amazing family my daughter is marrying into. He will not be forgotten.

I am so sorry to hear of Richard's illness and passing. I not only worked with Richard for many years, but admired him. Richard was like a "go to" guy who was always willing to help and always smart enough to figure out how to work around problems. I enjoyed the conversations we had in the brief times we had together. I admired the way he would always make the time to spend what time he could to either be with, or talk about Debbie. My prayers are with Debbie and the family. God bless.

Debbie, I was so sorry to hear about Richard. It was so strange that Tommy and I were just talking about him on Monday. I had mentioned to Tommy how Richard would ask for a snow day off so he could be home with the kids. It was my pleasure to not only know him but to work with him. Of course the same applies to you. I remember your wedding day so well where you giggled through your vows and Richard cried through his. I'm so sorry! I haven't talked with him in a few months but funny I was talking about him again the day before I heard about his passing! He reminded me so much of dad! I apologized to him when I told him that. Didn't want him to think I was calling him old! He laughed and said it was an honor! Said he loved my dad so much! I miss him so much already! I wish I could talk to him just once more! He always made me laugh! He made me feel better about everything!!! My condolences to his(my) family! I love u all and if u need to talk I'm here!!!
