I miss you so much. I doubt that there will ever be a day or time when I don’t miss you. I need you. We all do. I talk to Buddy about you and I know that Sabrina would have driven you crazy but you would have loved her. Chloe and Chance miss you, also. It just hurts so much without you here. I love you.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. It will be our third one without you. We miss you so much. Chloe misses you, Chance watches the videos of you that we made and picks you out of pictures, Buddy looks so sad sometimes and I know it’s because he misses you, and Sabrina would have loved you. I wish you were here. Every second of every day, I miss you and I love you.

Mom,
I miss you tremendously. I still dream about you either being here still or coming back to us. I have had my faith restored and hope to be a good enough person to see you again one day. Chloe and Chance are amazing. Chloe is so grown up and gorgeous. She still wants to go to art school. Chance is growing up. He's finally potty-trained (I'm keeping pull-ups on at night like I did for Chloe). He loves to sing and dance and make up voices. He knows the abc song, all of his colors, the happy Birthday song, old McDonald, etc. We all love and miss you very much. Buddy actually seems to love Sabrina. They play a lot. I can't say enough how much we miss you. ❤️❤️🐶🐶
Love,
M, Chloe, Chance, Buddy, and Sabrina

On the way to daycare this morning, Chance told me that you were thirsty. He still "calls" you on the phone. Chloe is doing so well. You'd be so proud of both of them. We miss you more than words could ever say. We love you.

Tomorrow will mark two weeks since we lost you. I have no words that could ever truly describe the impact you had and will always have on our lives. I love you, Mom. Chloe and Chance love you and I will make sure they never forget their Gramma. Chloe grieves and Chance doesn't really understand but he lives to watch the videos we made of you reading to him. I'm so sorry you were in pain for so long and I'm so sorry I wasn't there with you at the very end. Please forgive me.

Hearing of your passing Sunday was incredibly hard to hear. You are one of the bravest people I know! You looked cancer in the face and fought heroically! I have always been proud to call you my Aunt. I have lots of memories with you growing up. My favorite part of Summer was going to Ohio to visit with you! I loved riding in the back of the station wagon to run errands with you. I am also very proud of you for coming back home to NC your home. I wish now I could tell you one more time that I love you! I am so sad you are in Heaven but I know you are in Heaven and I will see you again. Tell Grandma and Grandpa I said, "Hi and I will see them again one day!" Thank you for always being supportive! You are someone that I will always think of when things get tough because as tough as your fight became you still held your head high and still smiled for the world to see. I guess the world wasn't big enough for such a beautiful angel! I miss you and know that I will see you again day!

Teresa was my sister-in-law and is one of the most independent individuals I have known. She showed passion for many things, but none exceeded her passion for her children and grand children who she adored. Above all else she loved her family this I know. I will always remember the first Christmas I saw her at her new house in Concord; she had a Christmas tree in every corner. It was beautiful. She'd spent days and days setting them up. As we all looked around in awe she had the biggest smile on her face in happiness of the joy she brought others at this special time of year. Well biggest next to when I saw her holding her grand children, she will truly be missed. Most of all, hearing her say "Hey VB". God bless you Teresa and I know you are no longer in pain. We love you too!

Teresa, you are and always will be my big sister. I love you, more. You were so brave to have fought this battle with cancer. It took your life, but not your smile and soul. I have great memories of us growing up together. I have always looked up to you and knew that we were here for each other. I don't know what to do without knowing you are here. I'm happy that you are not in pain anymore. I will miss not being able to pick up the phone to talk to you. I know you have the most beautiful set of light pink wings. Fly, my sweet dear sister for I will join you one day and we will fly over the ocean together. Until then, know how much I truly Love You!!!!
